We are thrilled to welcome Humble Bistro Executive Chef and Partner, Jorge Gomez to our kitchen and are excited to share his passion and enthusiasm for vibrant dining experiences with you.

Westin Kierland Executive Chef Chris Masco and Executive Sous Chef David Roldan look forward to working with Chef Jorge and having another opportunity to take inspiration from the ZD portfolio to create a menu with expressive flavors accentuating the exquisite flavor of each glass.

This 5-course menu will be co-presented by The Westin Kierland and Humble Bistro, each taking a course to pair with a ZD wine of their choosing. It will be an unforgettable evening celebrating friends that are family with The Westin, Humble Bistro and ZD Wines.
